Toni Anita Hull was born on a sizzling fall day in Arizona. She got her start in the entertainment biz as a town child in her brother's high school production of "Lil' Abner." She then moved up to hosting variety shows starring her cousins in her living room. After deciding that she would make a terrible lawyer, POTUS, nun, and marine biologist, Toni decided her life's dream was to be in Up with People. When Toni finally got around to doing some research, she realized that Up with People was not for her as she was terrified of new experiences and new people. Then, while flipping through channels in her air-conditioned home on a hot summer's day, Toni came across "Cocktail". So moved by the performances of Tom Cruise and Elizabeth Shue, she knew... Toni wanted to act. In high school, she starred in such comedies and musicals as "Damn Yankees", "Nunsense", and "Our Town". She was thrilled when she was accepted to the Stephens College for Women's BFA program. This was where Toni truly discovered that her forte was not acting, but schmacting. Toni fell in love with the art of comedy so deeply, that she even managed to make a scene from "Remains of the Day" farcical. Toni is influenced by Lucille Ball, Nora Ephron, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Mindy Kaling, and Anita Loos. She enjoys doing stand-up, writing sketches and short essays, as well as pretending she is on talk shows by herself in her studio apartment. In 2017, she earned her MFA in TV & Screenwriting from Stephens College.
Toni currently resides in Sherman Oaks, CA with her 17lb tuxedo cat, Mister Totes.
Lastly, Toni's three favorite things in the world are nuns, Jon Hamm, and falafel.
